PETERSIDE DUDUN

Dudun Peterside is a psychologist and an executive coach who also works as a consultant trainer and human development adviser. As Managing Partner at Narita Learning Centre, she brings to bear her 38 years of experience in psychology and education. She also provides specialist services through her advanced training in behavioural technology (NLP).   She has 17 years of experience in executive coaching and has coached board members, senior executives and private individuals in multinational and local organizations such as Snepco/Shell, YSC.UK-Diageo/Guinness, Airtel, Oxfam Nigeria, Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc, Sterling Bank Plc, Banwo & Ighodalo (Law Firm), Ukiri & Lijadu, (Law Firm), PAGA, Unilever Plc, Total EP, First E&P, First Bank Plc, FCMB to name a few.  Dudun’s style is transformative, generative, and highly solution focused. She particularly helps her clients to find innovative strategic approaches to their goals and challenges, thereby ensuring their actions are more purposeful and sustainable. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology & Education from The University of London and a master’s degree in educational administration. She is a Certified Generative Coach, Licensed Trainer and Coach of NLP, a Licensed NLP Coaching Master Practitioner and is also licensed to train coaches. Dudun is also a certified consultant facilitator of The Hogan Assessments and The Achievement Profile. She is a Professional member of the International Association for Generative Change IAGC),a member (Trustee) of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a CMD Certified Trainer. Dudun is passionate about philanthropy and is the Founder of several charitable organizations. Dudun is on the Advisory Board of Children’s International School, an Ambassador of Teach For Nigeria and is a Trustee of ANAP Foundation as well as a Co-Founder of ANAP Equestrian Centre. She is an avid squash player, runner and horse rider and played polo for many years.

OYEWOLE NGOZIE (NOXIE)

Mrs. Ngozi Oyewole, popularly known as ‘Noxie’ is the Founder of Noxie Limited, an award-winning, SONCAP (SON/LSOII/CB/2324) and MAN (MAN/GML/05047) integrated service provider and manufacturer. She is a certified health and safety professional and a big player in the oil and gas and medical field, supplying protective equipment in the areas of medical, food and construction industries. She is a result driven, resilient, and ace ‘womentrepreneur’ with an extensive experience in leadership, business management and strategic planning. She holds a degree in Business Administration and a certified and experienced Interior Designer; an alumnus of Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.  In 2015, she was nominated by Forbes Magazine as one of the leading women entrepreneurs in Africa championing business sustainability and women inclusion in business. She is also a WEConnect International award recipient for Woman of Excellence 2019.  Mrs. Oyewole is also a 2019 award recipient of an Exceptional Leader of Excellence from the Women Economic Forum (WEF) and All Ladies League. She is a certified and active member of WeConnect International, SheTrade Commonwealth, Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce (NACC), WIMBIZ and Nigeria Gas Association (NGA).  She is a member of the Pan-African Manufacturers Association (PAMA); a member cum Assistant Secretary of the International Women’s Society (IWS); a member of Lioness Club of Africa Group, Thrive Women Solution, GAIA Women Club, Global Fund for Women and World Pulse Group; a member of the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA) Nigeria; a member and COO of Commonwealth Business Women Network Nigeria. The CBWN sits on the main governance body on gender for the 54 commonwealth governments.  She is a NITAD certified trainer and holds various certifications in her industry such as certification in Oxford Driving Disruptive Growth Program from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, the MOODY’S Financing your Growing Business certificate, Women Leadership Institute certificate in Entrepreneurship and Leadership. She also holds more than 35 certifications from the SheTrades Commonwealth Global Entrepreneurship Program.  Mrs. Oyewole was a participant at the Road to Growth Training Program organized by Cherie Blair Foundation in conjunction with Exxon Mobil and Enterprise Development Center, Pan Atlantic University, Nigeria. She is a member of the oil and gas forum and an active player in various women oil, renewable energy, power and gas networks.  She belongs to a high impact entrepreneurial group (HIVE) and has been selected as one of their global speaker for their 2020 conference in Ghana. She was a panelist at the Nigerian International Petroleum Summit 2020 Women Forum where she spoke on how small industries can disrupt big industries. She was a participant at the LCCI Cyber Security 2020 Conference in Lagos.  Her business services cut across all spheres of businesses and major sectors in Nigeria such as the Oil and Gas, Communication, Banking, Power, Education, etc. As the Founder of Noxie Limited, she has been able to leverage her years of experience to ensuring that all her products, though produced locally, meet all international specifications as certified by her vast client base, which is further supported by the company’s foreign partners such as PPE SERVICES B.V in the Netherlands; MIGE Office Furniture in Singapore, TINGLEY CORPORATION in the USA, ANOWAT PROJECTS AND RESOURCES LIMITED in Turkey and Hong Kong.  Mrs. Oyewole is the President of Mrs. Beatrice Chiebonam Foundation where she engages her influence to reach-out and render financial aids to over 400 widows yearly in various parts of Rivers State. OSUCHUKWU AFFIONG

Affiong Osuchukwu is a plant-based Food entrepreneur and advocate, with a marketing strategy and tech background. She is currently Co-Founder of Oh So Nutrition, an ecommerce lifestyle company focused on promoting wellness through food.She is also passionate about educating and advocating for adoption of plant based eating among people of colour through her online platform – Plant Food Federation Prior to her venture into plant-based food and beverage entrepreneurship, she has spent 22 years of her career in North America, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa as a successful B2C and B2B brand, product and device Marketing, Strategy and Tech expert. Some of her more notable positions include Chief Marketing Officer at Google in Nigeria, Regional Head of Google Apps marketing for Sub-Saharan Africa, and strategy management consultant at Deloitte in the US and UK serving Fortune 50 clients. Affiong holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, BS in Mathematics from Clark Atlanta University USA and a Chef de Cuisine certification in Raw & Plant Based Food from Matthew Kenney & Plant Lab Culinary.

OSAGIE IVANA

Ivana I. Osagie is an angel investor and a member of Rising Tide Africa (RTA) – a female angel investors’ network. She is the founder/convener of the Professional Women Roundtable (PWR) -a female leadership development and gender diversity consulting firm.  An experienced corporate strategist and C-suite executive, Ivana has over 25 years’ cross-functional and multi-cultural experience, including 15 years in the downstream gas/petrochemical industry. Prior roles include stints at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, HSBC in the UK and more recently, Notore Chemical Industries in Nigeria where she was the Director, Corporate Development and Strategic Projects.  A member of the Institute of Directors, Ivana sits on several boards including the RTA board, and she mentors and advises entrepreneurs and start-ups. She is a member of the GAIA AFRICA and a founding member of the Women in Energy Network (WIEN).  Ivana holds an M.Sc from the University of the West of England, an MBA from the University of Liverpool, and is an alumnus of Insead’s Advanced Management Program. She is a landscape photographer in her spare time, has participated in several photography exhibitions, and her pictures have sold locally and internationally.

OKUNBO RHODES ADESUWA

Adesuwa Okunbo Rhodes has more than 12 years of investment banking, private equity and structured credit experience in developed and emerging markets from global institutions. Adesuwa spent five years as Managing Partner of Syntaxis Capital Africa, a provider of growth capital to SMEs in Nigeria and across Sub Saharan Africa. Syntaxis Africa was part of Syntaxis Capital, a private equity fund active in other emerging markets with $300 million in AUM from global institutional investors. At Syntaxis Africa, she led transactions totalling more than $200 million across SSA. Prior to co-founding Syntaxis Africa in 2014, Adesuwa was in the Leveraged Finance and M&A teams at J.P. Morgan in London, where she was involved in $5.6 billion worth of transactions across emerging markets including Nigeria. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Adesuwa worked in an Africa-focused PE fund, TLG Capital as an Investment Professional, involved in transactions across Anglophone Africa including a very successful investment in Uganda, where she personally invested and generated a very attractive return, which helped fund the establishment of Aruwa Capital in 2018. She was named as an Agent of Impact in 2019 by Impact Alpha and has been featured in Forbes for her commitment to gender equality in private equity and across the society through Aruwa Capital’s investments. She started her career at Lehman Brothers and holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol. She currently sits on several boards in Nigeria including Wells Hosa Green House Farms and Wells Carlton Hotel and Luxury Apartments.
