The Executive Academy is GAIA AFRICA’s leadership training, education and refresher platform with links to specially curated short courses, training and workshops for Members. The Academy provides new learning, professional development, board development and governance practice, capacity building as well as insight into latest trends, interesting happenings around the world, and a deep dive into specific areas with subject matter experts.
Our Digital Library houses private workshops and training sessions on different subject areas which can be accessed by members from anywhere around the world via their laptops, tablets or phones by logging in to the Members area with their unique Membership details.
GAIA AFRICA board talent
GAIA AFRICA Board Talent was launched in support of our objective to increase female board representation across Africa. We partner with consulting firms as well as investment firms looking to place women with certain skills on various boards.
mastermind groups
Our Mastermind groups work like advisory boards. Through our Mastermind groups, you can find solutions to problems or even new ideas from brainstorming with a group of other leading and talented women from various industries. GAIA house
GAIA House is a secure and serene contemporary three level building located in the heart of Victoria Island. This is your private and exclusive home away from home where we welcome you to relax, socialise, and do business.
The Club House comprises the Gaby Lagos and Terrace on the Ground Floor; Multipurpose Room, Fitness Studio, Steam Room and Massage Room on the First floor and our beautifully appointed Members Lounge, Terrace, and Private Meeting Rooms on the Second Floor.
