Mercy Oluwatoyin Croffie is a professional chef and food stylist who currently holds the position of the Executive Chef at the Gaby Lagos and Gaia Africa clubhouse.
With a passion for food and a hunger to gain more knowledge about international and local cuisine, she made a bold choice at the age of 17 to chase her dreams and attained a diploma in Culinary and Pastry
Arts from Culinary Academy, Lagos. Finishing as Valedictorian of her class, she has since established herself as a renowned food stylist and Chef, creating content for top FMCG brands in Nigeria.
She also has a passion for teaching and believes more African parents should invest in their children’s interests and talents. She aims to establish a training center for African children who have a passion for the culinary arts.
