Mena Imasekha is the Business Development & Operations Manager of GAIA AFRICA. She is passionate about an operational strategy to optimize company efficiency and growth, whilst utilizing company resources to achieve company objectives. With over 7 years of experience in strategy, Mena believes in growth through analytical processes, product and service development, research, consumer feedback, planning, and policy.  

Mena is a graduate of Imperial College London and also sits on the board of Women Impacting Nigeria a female-led, not-for-profit organization dedicated to women’s human rights, gender equality, and empowerment of women.
