Odiri Oginni is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of United Capital Asset Management Limited, the 4th largest mutual funds asset management company in Nigeria. An Experienced Executives with over 14years in the financial service industry in key roles including the Group CFO of United Capital Plc. Her experience spans various senior level roles in Strategy, Investor Relations, Treasury Management, Audit, Investment management and advisory. Odiri is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charter holder.
ODUYALE BOLA

Mrs Bola Oduyale holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from the University of Lagos. She is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and financial solutions to her diverse clients. She has operated in the Financial Services Industry successfully for over 25 years. Amongst other institutions, she worked with Union Bank as well as Standard Chartered Bank in Nigeria and South Africa where she rose to the position of Director of Financial Institutions before relocating to Canada. She worked with State Street Financials Group in Toronto where she led the team in charge of Regulatory compliance advising North American and European Financial Institutions (FI) on the implementation of Regulatory and Tax reporting standards. Bola Oduyale is currently the CEO of Safetrust Mortgage Bank in Nigeria where she is working with Regulators and investors to spearhead the recapitalisation and restructuring of the Bank. She is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Bola has attended several courses both in and outside of Nigeria including the University of Toronto and London Business School. She is married with 3 boys.

Rachel is a project finance thought leader with 20 years’ experience attracting and galvanizing companies, government, multilateral and international organizations to responsibly shape the energy and infrastructure sector in Africa. She has worked with some of the best international energy companies, investment banks, and multilateral organizations to execute bespoke public-private partnerships that have fostered economic growth and delivered over $5 billion (USD) worth of pioneering and award-winning projects across the infrastructure and energy value chain globally. In her current role as Deputy Vice President, Commercial Sales & Specialties Africa for Total, Rachel oversees the group’s downstream commercial operations and financial performance across its 44 subsidiaries on the continent. Prior to her current role, Rachel spent over a decade advising, structuring, and executing infrastructure and energy deals in Latin America, Eastern Europe, South-East Asia, and Africa. She has been instrumental to the successful deployment of some of most pioneering and complex transactions that have shaped the landscape of project finance in Africa. Some of her most notable positions include Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation, the private arm for the World Bank Group and Head Infrastructure West Africa at Rand Merchant Bank – a part of the First Rand Group, where she executed transactions that have supported global trade via the delivery of key infrastructure assets such as roads and ports, and provided sustainable access to electricity, mobile and broadband services to millions of people. Rachel is passionate about Africa and the belief that true socio-economic development will be realized as Africans continue to invest in infrastructure projects as they conceptualize, construct, and drive progressive policies and reforms. She consistently lends her voice to these conversations, ensuring that the adopted frameworks are respectful of the local environment and put the livelihood of the local people at its core. She is invested in building a continent that is self-sufficient and is committed to a relentless contribution to this vision by applying her experience and expertise to develop innovative solutions that tackle Africa’s prevailing challenges. Rachel holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Virginia in the US, an MSc from Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion in France and is an Executive Fellow, Africa from the Harvard Business School. She serves as Non-Executive Director on the Advisory Board of Inspired Evolution, a South African based renewable and clean energy infrastructure fund. She is also on the Board of Trustees for the African Women in Energy Development Initiative.

Oke Maduewesi (Ms) is currently the Founder/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zaron group of companies, comprising Zaron International Limited and Zaron Cosmetics Limited and Skin By Zaron, who are manufacturers, distributors, and marketers of beauty care products under the Zaron brand. Through vision, perseverance, and hard work, she has been able to build the Zaron brand into one of the strongest and fastest growing cosmetic brands in Africa. In an era in which most local businesses look up to the Government for direction, Zaron was built as a wholly private sector driven enterprise whose success is anchored on meeting the needs of consumers. As an entrepreneur whose products compete with well established international brands, Oke’s team is focused on delivering quality products at affordable prices to enhance the lifestyle needs of African women, whilst also contributing to the socio-economic development of Nigeria through job creation, enterprise development, strong corporate social responsibility and a business ethos anchored on integrity. Prior to her foray into entrepreneurship, Oke had worked at Zenith Bank International PLC as a Manager and Head of one of its most profitable branches. As a strong team player and leader she was able to motivate her staff and colleagues to chart new heights for the branch. Notwithstanding the seemingly bright prospects of this job, she voluntarily resigned in 2009, to pursue business education to prepare her for a heartfelt desire to be a business owner and employer of labor. Oke was educated at the University of Leeds, United Kingdom where she obtained a Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) and Edo State University where she obtained a Bachelors’ degree in Economics. Her diverse experiences in banking, business, motherhood, philanthropic and Church activities have positioned her to be honest, conscientious, and strong to face challenges without fear but with a fervent believe that all her attainments must serve life’s purpose and glorify God.
MADUEKWE NWAKAEGO

Nwakaego Maduekwe is an Architect and a successful Female Entrepreneur. She launched the Alter Ego ready to wear womenswear brand in 2008 and has grown the enterprise from one location to eight retail outlets across Lagos, Abuja, Nairobi and London. She is the pioneer inventor of “Ankara silk” and manages Della lifestyle Ltd, a textile Production facility which deals in the design, printing and wholesale of textiles. The Della lifestyle textile brand has been the pioneer manufacturer of “Ankara silk” since 2008 and created a whole new category in textiles. The Alter Ego brand, a successful ready to wear brand in Nigeria has been featured in Vogue, WWD, Elle and Forbes Africa. Nwakaego Maduekwe is passionate about women development and has facilitated the training and employment of IDPs through the Alter Ego textile and apparel factories.
LANRE-PHILLIPS FUNMI

Funmi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Communication and Language Arts in 1988, after which she obtained an MBA (majoring in Human Resources Management and Marketing Management) from the Cardiff Business School. Over the course of her career, she has led different portfolios which include corporate affairs, business development, share registration, corporate banking, and human resources management; across various industries, including construction, banking & finance, and energy. Funmi is passionate about fostering a positive and productive relationship between the company and its human interactions, and all her roles have involved an interface with people both on the external clients’ side and the companies’ internal clients, its people. She joined Shoreline Energy International (SEI) in December 2005 and is currently the company’s Group Services Director, with responsibility for policy and strategy formulation, and monitoring. Currently, she has direct responsibility for the Human Resources and Corporate Services function, in Shoreline Natural Resources Ltd., an exploration and production JV company between Shoreline Power Company Ltd (a subsidiary of Shoreline Energy Int’l) and Heritage Oil Ltd. Funmi has carefully and successfully managed the Group’s human resources relationships and anchored the HR strategy, as Shoreline diversified across various industries. A proven team leader who successfully integrates strategic thinking with strong technical and analytical competencies, Funmi has been responsible for a broad range of initiatives aimed at optimising business processes and the development, deployment and support of new systems and processes. She has participated in several leadership trainings. Noteworthy are the Women on Boards Training (Wimboard Programme) organised by Wimbiz and IE Business School, Madrid; and is the Advanced Management Programme of the Harvard Business School. She serves as an alternate director on the board of Grange School, Lagos and is a member of the school’s Governing Council. She is passionate mentoring, with a keen interest in teenagers and young females, and often serves in mentorship roles. Funmi is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and the Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IOD).
LAWAL TOKUNBO

Tokunbo Lawal is an entrepreneur and the MD/CEO of Willco – a facilities, property & power management services company which she founded in 2010. Willco is one of Nigeria’s top 5 facilities management firms with international affiliati ons in South Africa. She has a major interest and focus on youth empowerment initiatives and ventures. She is a member of Rising Tide Africa – a network of female angel investors investing in businesses across Africa. Tokunbo is highly entrepreneurial and has been involved in building several start-ups cutting across financial services, logistics and the oil gas sector. With over 25 years cross cultural work experience, she spent the early parts of her career running enterprise wide business transformation projects for blue chip companies including British Telecom, AT&T and Capital One Financial Services in the UK and in the US. She consulted for the US government on the implementation of the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) in 2000 and served on the board of The African Society of the National Summit on Africa based in Washington DC. She has also worked with UNICEF promoting youth development and sustainability on the African continent. Tokunbo holds an MBA from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business in North Carolina, alongside various professional qualifications including a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
Kemi Yemi

Yemi Keri is one of the foremost Women in Technology in Nigeria. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Heckerbella Limited, a Technology Business Transformation company, and also a Partner at Holmen Consulting, an Information Technology Consulting firm. She has over 21 years’ experience in the Information and Communications Technology sector at top management levels in both the public and private sectors. Yemi was the Director and Regional Manager, West Africa for SAP Africa and was the pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Edo State Directorate of Information Communications & Technology Agency. She is the co-founder of Rising Tide Africa, a women’s movement initiated with a vision to increase women’s participation in angel investing as an asset class and promote education, cross-border investing, and investor- mentoring across Africa. She is a member of the Lagos Angel Network and serves as a mentor to various digitally and technology-enabled start-ups. Yemi is also an Expert in Residence (EIR) at the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of the Pan- Atlantic University, Lagos. A multidisciplinary graduate of Accounting (University of Maiduguri), and Masters in Information Technology Project Management from the American InterContinental University, Illinois, Strategic Decision Making for Management & Investment Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, London, an alumnus of the Lagos Business School/IESE Business School, Barcelona, China European International Business School and the University of Cape Town. Yemi holds membership of several professional bodies including IOD, ICAN, CIBN, CITN and the Nigerian Computer Society (NCS). She also holds various certifications in Risk and Project management and received the Centenary Award for the Most Outstanding Public-Sector CIO in Nigeria in 2014.
