Chris has over 16 years in providing consulting/advisory services and learning interventions across different industries. He has in different stages led and been involved in capacity building projects providing best-in class solutions including: Bespoke change management framework, anchoring new culture imperatives of new institutional investors of one of the banks undergoing a transition (post-consolidation); Leadership integration learning tool in conjunction with Cranfield university for a leading telecommunications organization; Leadership Institution design for one of the leading banks as part of a private sector led intervention , design includes an articulated funding model, operations and process flow framework, stakeholders and communication plan , implementation framework ; Bank wide strategic- Learning intervention as part of an acculturation exercise in defining the ‘banks way’; Employee engagement survey and strategic implications debrief for a leading banking institution.

He has facilitated learning in-country and overseas on a number of training interventions and retreats on various topics notably: Leadership and management; Communication; Business writing and presentation skills; Business Etiquette, etc. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD and the Learning & Development Network International (LNDI).

Chris is the host of the popular radio programme, Enlighten, on Unilag FM 103.1 and a presenter on the Loveworld Expressions flagship TV programme, Morning Flight.
