BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY.

Classes can be booked via the website or by email or phone. All classes / services must be paid for within 24 hours of booking, either by transfer, POS, account, or class pass credit, to ensure confirmation.

Persons under 18 years of age may not use the wellness area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start of class. If you paid by class pass, your class pass will be credited back to you. If you paid by account (members only) your account will be refunded.

Late cancellations or no shows will not be refunded for class passes or account payments. For all other payments participants must pay 50% the cost of the class before being allowed to book for another class. We understand that cancellations may be at times unavoidable, but late cancellations or no shows prevents other participants from booking for that class.
