The Pan-African programme is brought to you by Lagos Business School, PwC Nigeria and GAIA AFRICA, and features a mix of virtual sessions, interactive workshops, simulations and group activities that will develop the political intelligence, strategic leadership and communication skills for professional success.

Pan-African elective component
This programme is in 3 strands with a final strand in Kigali, Rwanda, where participants get the opportunity to interact with private, public and third sector leaders and have personal coaching sessions and to develop a pan-African perspective on corporate and public leadership.

The programme is designed for women who are mid-senior managers or start up entrepreneurs who:
- Have 10 or more years of experience
- Have titles ranging from manager or director to vice president, as well as consultants and business owners
- Work in a wide range of industries

Esiri is a Partner with PwC Nigeria and previously worked in PwC New York. She heads the People and Organisation Unit in Tax responsible for compensation design and structuring, immigration and personal compliance services to companies in various industries. She also leads the Private Wealth Client Services team which provides specialised services to high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs, and serves as the ESG Tax Leader for PwC Africa.

Bolanle is a Partner in PwC and leads the Capital Market Accounting Advisory Services practice and the Corporate Reporting Services business for West Market Africa. She sits on the PwC Africa Leadership Board as the Inclusion & Diversity Leader. She has over 24 years of experience in providing professional consulting services to clients in various industries across four continents (Asia, Europe, Africa and North America), supporting them to raise finance on capital markets, structure transactions, navigating through the complexities of accounting advisory and actuarial services.

Adunola Okupe is a lecturer of sustainability and strategy at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria. She is also a senior advisor with Red Clay, a tourism advisory practice.
Her research and teaching interests are in the areas of behavioural economics to understand decision making as regards leadership for societal change, socio-cultural leadership, tourism and leisure studies and the impacts these have on the sustainable development agenda. Adun holds a First-Class honours degree in Business Economics from the University of Keele (2006) and Masters in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
